US Acute Care Solutions is seeking a Medical Director to lead and manage Critical Care Physicians at the 117-bed hospital in La Plata, MD, guiding care from the ER into ICU and on med/surg floors. You will collaborate with physicians and allied staff across specialties as part of the IAC leadership team.

• Lead and manage Critical Care Physicians across the ICU and hospital-based teams.
• Coordinate care across Emergency, ICU and Med/Surg to ensure seamless patient flow.

• Supervise Critical Care staff, per bylaws and policies
• Represent the staff in the community and within the hospital
