Job summary

US Acute Care Solutions, LLC seeks a Medical Director to lead and manage Critical Care Physicians and allied health professionals across departments caring for highly ill patients. You will bridge ER to ICU and med/surg, leveraging clinical and administrative leadership to strengthen care delivery.

As part of the Integrated Acute Care site, you will help shape the IAC leadership team and refine ICU operations, supervise staff, and promote compliance with bylaws and policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ICU service operations
• Supervise Critical Care staff, per the bylaws, policies and procedures of the institution
• Represent the staff in the community and within the hospital
