Job summary

Gifted Healthcare is seeking a Long Term Acute Care RN to provide comprehensive patient care in a LTAC setting. You will administer medications and operate intensive care equipment including ventilators, chest tubes, wound vacs, and central lines as part of a coordinated care plan.

The role involves monitoring patient status, implementing interventions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in Mississippi.
• BSN preferred but not required depending on facility.
• Experience in LTAC/critical care settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and manage critical care equipment (chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, IV drips, feeding tubes, central lines).
• Monitor and evaluate patient status and adjust care plan accordingly.
• Provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff.
• Shift: 3x12 days.
