Seeking Critical Care Physicians for locum coverage at DCH Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Echo Locum Tenens, a direct affiliate of Sound Physicians, offers priority scheduling, flexible shifts with no minimum requirements, competitive pay, covered travel and lodging, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, and comprehensive credentialing, logistics, payroll, and licensing support.

Program details:

• DCH Medical Center is a 583-bed tertiary care center with excellent rapport with subspecialists, ICU nursing, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and palliative care teams, including dedicated critical care pharmacists in both ICUs.
• Schedule includes 2 day intensivists, 1 night intensivist, and APPs (12-hour shifts).
• Two medical ICUs, each with 16 beds (closed ICU). Patients are typical ICU cases.
• Multidisciplinary rounds are held in Medical ICU 1 at 9 am and in Medical ICU 2 at 10:30 am.
• 3rd and 4th-year medical students rotate with the ICU team.
• A current Alabama medical license is required.
