Job summary

• Two (2) years of RN experience in an Intensive/Critical Care setting.

Responsibilities

• Correlates patient history and support systems within hospital care/nursing home care.
• Assesses needs of patient and family.
• Develops and initiates plan of care, involving patient and family.
• Executes evidence-based bundles, protocols, and interventions to promote patient safety and reduce harm.
• Evaluates plan of care and provides advanced clinical care for critically ill patients.
