Ascension Health's St. Vincent Carmel Hospital in Carmel, IN is seeking a registered nurse for the Critical Care department. This PRN night shift role requires delivering and coordinating patient care plans and communicating patient status to the team.

You will maintain RN licensure, complete BLS within 30 days, and collaborate with physicians and staff to meet patient needs. Two years of RN experience is preferred; retirement 403(b) and well-being resources are provided.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• RN credentialed from Indiana Board of Nursing prior to hire date or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) prior to hire date.

Responsabilités

• Implement and monitor patient care plans; record, monitor, and communicate patient condition to the team.
• Coordinate care across disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care.
• Note and execute physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient care needs with the healthcare team.
