Job summary

Saint Luke's is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Critical Care Float Pool. This full‑time night shift (7p–7a) role involves floating across Metro facilities to Medical ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Neuro ICU, Cardiac ICU and Cardiovascular ICU.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of applicable experience, an RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS; 2 years ICU experience strongly preferred. The role emphasizes nursing process, care coordination, and supervision of staff.

Qualifications

• 2 years of applicable patient care experience, preferably in ICU.
• RN license required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Knows nursing process and care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care plans for assigned patients and monitor progress.
• Supervise other patient care staff and delegate tasks as needed.
• Float across Medical ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Neuro ICU, Cardiac ICU, and Cardiovascular ICU.
