Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a flexible RN with 1 year of critical care experience to serve as a key resource across inpatient units. You will respond to emergencies, round on deteriorating patients, and support critical care patients in PACU, ED and inpatient units.

The RN will utilize the nursing process to deliver individualized care, collaborate with physicians and follow established standards and ethics for nursing practice within Sanford Health’s comprehensive system.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Uses nursing process to provide individualized patient care.
• Assists with patient assessment, education, triage and coordination of care.
