Job summary

LanceSoft is hiring a Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to support high-acuity ICU and Emergency Department units. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver patient-centered care.

You will float between ICU and ED as staffing requires, with night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and a total of 36 hours per week. Relocation assistance is available with a 2-year commitment.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact (Multistate) RN License.
• Minimum 1 year of critical care experience; recent ICU or ER experience required.
• Ability to float between ICU and ED units and collaborate with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Float between ICU and Emergency Department units based on staffing needs.
• Monitor patient status and document clinical progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards and hospital policies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
