The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of acute care nursing, 2+ years in ICU/ED, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Five years of acute care nursing experience.
• At least 2 years in ICU, ED, or Progressive Care.
• Flexibility to float between clinical settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• EPIC preferred or experienced with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care across multiple units using the nursing process.
• Respond to emergent and critical situations with clinical judgment.
• Manage complex therapies and medications, including high-alert meds.
• Perform and maintain competency in advanced procedures and lines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for care transitions.
• Adhere to safety, infection prevention, and professional standards.
• Provide patient- and family-centered education and support.
