Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket, RI is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (24 hours weekly, 12-hour day shifts) to deliver safe patient care on the Medical/Surgical Unit. The RN will utilize the nursing process and collaborate with the care team to meet patient needs.

Requirements include an active state RN license, BLS, ACLS (preferred), and prior acute care experience. Ventilator management experience is preferred, BSN is a plus.

Competenze

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS certificate within 30 days upon hire and maintain current (preferred).
• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Mansioni

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.
• Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel.
• Communicate with physicians about changes in patient condition, test results, and treatments.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment.
