Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is looking for a Full-Time Days Registered Nurse-Critical Care Float in Winfield, Illinois. The RN Float is clinically competent in providing nursing care to acutely ill patients, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and practices.

This role entails interactions with patients and healthcare teams across multiple critical care units. Candidates must have at least three years of critical care experience, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and certifications in BLS and ACLS within a specified timeframe.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of current acute critical care experience within the past 5 years.
• Must possess a BSN.
• LIC RN, and CERT BLS, ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Float to multiple assigned areas including critical care and step-down units.
