Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Critical Care Float Pool experience.
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred.
• ASN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as a traveler at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:- 2-5 years of ICU experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:- Trauma Level I facility experience preferred; may consider candidates with Trauma Level II experience.

Required Credentials:- Tele test will be administered on the first day and is pass/fail. Failing could result in assignment termination.

Special Requests:- Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months to be considered (perm, per diem, travel).

Shift & Scheduling:- Every other weekend.

Scheduled contract hours are 72 biweekly; on-call time does not count toward scheduled contract hours.

Floating Requirements:- Will float as needed to ICU and PCU.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
