Job summary

Trusted Health is seeking an experienced travel nurse for a 13-week assignment in Massachusetts. The role requires a Massachusetts RN license and current BLS/ACLS/NIHSS certifications. You will float to Medical ICU, SICU, and IMC as needed, with 12-hour day shifts and 36–48 hours per week.

Local candidates are not eligible; applicants must reside more than 90 miles from the facility. Pre-employment modules and documentation should be uploaded to speed onboarding.

Experience

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 10 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).

Requirements

• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >90 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: AMN Program - Baystate Health.

Additional Details

• Required Skills/Experience: Float experience does not count toward the unit experience requirement.
• Preferred Skills/Experience: 1 year in a Level 1 ICU preferred; otherwise 2 years preferred experience in a MICU setting.
• Unit Details: Medical ICU licensed for Neuro Critical Care patients. Unit is split between 2 floors. Cases include sepsis, ESRD and AKI requiring CRRT/CVVH, post-cardiac arrest care, and respiratory failure.
• Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
• Floating Requirements: Will float to Medical HVCC, SICU, and IMC.
• 7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
• 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
