Job summary

Trusted Health is seeking an experienced travel nurse for an ICU float assignment in New York. The nurse must hold a Massachusetts license and will float to Medical ICU, SICU, and IMC during a 13-week travel contract with 36–48 hour weeks.

Requirements include 12 months of experience (with 3 months in the last year), 10 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience, and the ability to travel. COVID vaccination is required; upload certifications and health documents to expedite onboarding.

• Shift & scheduling: 36 or 48 hours per week; 12-hour shifts.

Additional Details

Required Skills/Experience: Float experience does not count toward the unit experience requirement.

Preferred Skills/Experience: 1 year in a Level 1 ICU preferred; otherwise 2 years preferred experience in a MICU setting.

Unit Details: Medical ICU licensed for Neuro Critical Care patients. Unit is split between 2 floors. Cases include sepsis, ESRD and AKI requiring CRRT/CVVH, post-cardiac arrest care, and respiratory failure.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.

Floating Requirements: Will float to Medical HVCC, SICU, and IMC.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
