Job summary

Trusted Health seeks a Critical Care Float Pool nurse to provide expert care across ICU, step-down, and other high-acuity units. You’ll rapidly assess and manage complex patients, administer meds, manage vents and drips, and respond to emergencies while adapting quickly to new teams and workflows.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current RN license and experience in critical care.
• Experience floating between ICU, step-down, and high-acuity units.
• ACLS/BLS certification preferred or maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage complex ICU patients across settings.
• Administer medications and manage vents and drips.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and deteriorating patients.
• Adapt to new teams, workflows, and hospital policies.
