Job summary

Loyal Source Government Services is seeking qualified professionals for full-time positions to provide medical support to detainees with a focus on urgent care and routine monitoring. The role requires EMT certification, BLS, and a Tier 4 security clearance to start, plus local residency and experience within the last two years.

Applicants will work 48-hour weeks with day, night, and weekend shifts. Compensation includes health benefits and alignment with humanitarian mission goals.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Current state Emergency Medical Technician certification.
• At least one year of experience within the last 24 months.
• Tier 4 Security Clearance required to start.
• Local residency required.
• Comfortable with all age groups 0‑99.

Responsibilities

• Obtains medical histories and completes necessary paperwork on detainees entering the facilities including vital signs.
• Referred medical problems to Physician, NP/PA.
• Assists with medical appointments, emergencies, and sick call including taking vital signs and documenting detainee’s medical complaints.
• Documents all detainee contacts with signature and name stamp.
• Ensures medical provider’s orders are implemented.
• Coordinates health‑care needs of detainees with other staff.
• Coordinates referrals to off‑site providers as required.
• Performs record‑keeping functions in accordance with program policies.
