Job summary

HealthTeam Critical Care Transport, LLC. seeks an EMT to provide emergency medical care and transport in West Virginia. You will work under supervision, follow laws and policies, and participate in ongoing training to maintain certifications.

The role requires an approved EMT program completion, active WV EMT certificate, and a valid driver's license; one year of prior EMT experience is preferred. Training and resources are provided.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved EMT training program
• One year of EMT experience preferred
• Active WV EMT certificate and valid driver's license required
• NIMS IS 100, 200, 700, 800 and HazMat training needed

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-mission briefings and debriefings.
• Drive and operate emergency vehicles to locations safely and lawfully.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment in good working order.
• Record ambulance equipment usage and dispatch data accurately.
• Report safety concerns and hazardous conditions promptly.
• Complete required clinical, operational and performance documentation.

Education

Active, Non-Restricted EMT Certificate (West Virginia)

Driver’s License in good standing

NIMS Training IS 100, 200, 700, 800 and HazMat
