Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment.
• Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and revises plan as needed.
• Participates in process improvement to improve quality, satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Performs operations duties as part of the nursing residency program.
