This program builds knowledge, skills, and professional presence with centralized recruitment support and structured learning experiences during the first year.

Position emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency within a High Reliability Organization, with a flexible “Variable” shift and 36 scheduled hours per week in CC/ED & Med Surg Nurse Residency.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required for RN licensure.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.
• RN with active license per Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care to patients and families.
• Assess, diagnose, and plan nursing interventions with the care team.
• Evaluate responses to interventions and revise care plans as needed.
• Participate in process improvements to enhance quality and safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a high reliability environment.
