Mass General Brigham is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in the Device Clinic and inpatient units. The role includes interrogation and programming of pacemakers, patient education, and follow-up in research and clinical trials.

The RN will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technologists to manage complex cases and support unstable or critically ill patients as needed, in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• RN with state license required. Certifications or advanced training in specialty areas preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication, problem solving, and conflict management skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Enrolls, interrogates, and programs outpatient pacemaker patients.
• Educates patients and families regarding device function and follow-up routine.
• Leads device recall team and coordinates with clinicians and staff.
• Assists with rapid responses and Code Blue on inpatient units.
• Performs device-related follow-up and documentation according to clinic protocols.
