Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy required or
• Doctorate in Pharmacy from an accredited college/university required
• Two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
• One (1) year if completed a PGY1 residency
• Knowledge of drug therapy, pharmacology, and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of distributive, clinical, consultative, research, investigational, and/or administrative pharmaceutical services.
• Dispense prescribed products with accuracy and safety.
• Coordinate with treatment teams and communicate drug information.
• Maintain patient data, records, and prepare reports.
• Support investigational drug service activities and sponsor visits.
• Ensure proper storage and handling per USP and NF standards
