Job summary

Texas Health Resources invites a Clinical Educator - Critical Care to join our Plano campus. This role partners with leadership to design, implement, and deploy specialty nursing education across the system, focusing on critical care and related disciplines.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Master’s preferred, and at least 1 year of staff development plus 3 years clinical experience (2 in specialty) or 2 years in clinical education. RN licensure required at hire.

Qualifications

RN license required upon hire.
1 year staff development or adult education experience required.
3 years clinical experience including 2 years in area of specialty or 2 years in clinical education department required.

Responsibilities

Designs and implements clinical skill/competency development solutions.
Partners in onboarding programs, transitions, and continuing education deployment.
Provides clinical coaching to staff to adopt new practices and tools.
Serves as a clinical skill development consultant to management and committees.
