Job summary

AdventHealth Waterman in Florida seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN/PA-C) to join its Critical Care team across Medical ICU, Surgical ICU, and Cardiovascular ICU.

The APP will perform advanced critical care procedures, manage life-support patients, participate in emergency response, and collaborate with intensivists and multidisciplinary teams to drive patient outcomes while practicing at the top of license.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (Acute Care APRN) or PA Studies.
• Current Florida APRN or PA-C license.
• Acute Care Certification required for APRNs.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced critical care procedures, including central and arterial line placement, pulmonary artery catheter management, intubation, extubation, and emergent airway interventions.
• Manage critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and life-support therapies.
• Collaborate with intensivists and multidisciplinary teams to drive patient outcomes.
• Provide care across Medical ICU, Surgical ICU, and Cardiovascular ICU.
