Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health's Lahey Hospital and Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine for a vibrant critical care service.

The role will rotate across three ICUs—LHMC Burlington, Beverly Hospital, and Winchester Hospital—providing day, night, and weekend coverage with independent critical thinking and patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in critical care or similar setting.
• NP or PA certification and license to practice.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily rounds and management of critically ill patients.
• Performing common bedside procedures and ventilator management.
• Managing ICU admissions and critical care consults.
• Bed flow management and participation in Emergency Team responses.
