Job summary

Exceed Medical is seeking a Critical Care Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to deliver advanced, comprehensive ICU care for critically ill patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, applying evidence-based practice to optimize outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

The role supports flexible PRN scheduling (3–6 shifts per month) with opportunities for growth, ongoing training, and a commitment to exceptional patient care. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Board-certified and licensed in one of AGACNP/ACNP/PA pathways.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 1 year of critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced ICU care for critically ill patients.
• Work independently and with a multidisciplinary team.
• Apply evidence‑based practice to manage complex conditions.
• Perform procedures within your scope and monitor patient status.
