Job summary

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking an experienced APP Educator to shape the education and development of advanced practice providers across the organization. This role blends clinical work with mentorship, leading transition-to-practice programs and onboarding initiatives in Central Florida.

You will collaborate with physicians, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to advance evidence-based care, deliver specialty education, and drive professional growth while maintaining direct patient

Qualifications

Master's degree as NP or PA with active licensure.
Minimum of two years APP experience.
Experience in education, mentorship, onboarding or professional development of APPs.
Proficiency with EMR and clinical software.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead APP Transition-to-Practice Programs and onboarding initiatives.
Mentor, educate, and support APPs across the organization.
Develop specialty education, competency assessments, and professional development.
Partner with physicians and leaders to advance evidence-based practice and patient outcomes.
Collaborate with quality and safety teams on continuous improvement.
Guide APP onboarding including EMR education and workflow optimization.
Maintain clinical practice while fostering lifelong learning and growth.
Create innovative learning opportunities with the education team.
