Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Critical Care Advanced Practitioner to provide patient care under the supervision of critical care physicians across multiple campuses. The role emphasizes collaboration, high-quality care, and involvement in performance improvement and research.

The position offers rotation through ICU units, involvement in teaching and multidisciplinary teams, and opportunities for professional growth within the network.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified APRN or PA with current license to practice in PA or NJ.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in critical care preferred.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Care for medical, surgical and critical care patients under supervision/collaboration with attending physicians.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as directed by the supervising physician.
• Participate in performance improvement, education, and research initiatives.
• Develop effective working relationships within the hospital and network.
• Provide care appropriate to patient age, with evidence-based practice.
