St. Luke's Health Network, Inc. seeks an Advanced Practitioner (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide medical evaluation, treatment, counseling and referrals under physician supervision or in collaboration with the attending physician.

The role includes diagnostic work, patient education, and participation in clinical practice improvement. Responsibilities include performing exams, ordering tests, coordinating with healthcare teams, and contributing to teaching and research

Qualificações

• Certified registered nurse practitioner (CRNP) or medical physician assistant (PA) with current license to practice in PA or NJ.
• Current certification and eligibility for privileges as determined by the job location.
• Ability to provide healthcare services under physician supervision or collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, treat, counsel, and educate patients and families.
• Perform physical exams and obtain/update medical histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and interpret results.
• Develop and implement patient management and treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Provide care via in-person and virtual platforms as needed.
• Participate in teaching students and residents and in clinical training.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and guideline development.
