ICC Healthcare (Intensive Care Consortium) is seeking a full-time nocturnist acute care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our ICU team at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

The role centers on delivering high-level critical care during night shifts, collaborating with an experienced ICU team, and providing exceptional patient care in a 77-bed unit within a major hospital system.

Qualifications

• Acute care certified NP or Physician Assistant.
• TN license or ability to obtain.
• ICU APP clinical experience highly desired.
• Proficient with and credentialed to perform routine Critical Care procedures including central and arterial line placement, intubations, and management of mechanical ventilation.
• Ability to work Full Time, nights only.
• 12-hour shifts, 7p-7a, block scheduling.
• 1 MD and 2 APPs in house at night.
• Excellent communication skills with collegial teamwork focus.

Qualified Candidates

• Acute care certified NP or Physician Assistant
• TN License or ability to obtain
• ICU APP Clinical experience highly desired
• APP providers must be proficient with and credentialed to perform routine Critical Care procedures including central and arterial line placement, intubations, and management of mechanical ventilation.
• Ability to work Full Time, nights only
• 12-hour shifts, 7p-7a, block scheduling
• 1 MD and 2 APPs in house at night
• Excellent communication skills with collegial teamwork focus
