Auburn Community Hospital is seeking an Advanced Practice Practitioner for the Critical Care Unit in Auburn, NY. This clinical professional role focuses on direct patient care within the ICU, coordinating care with physicians, nurses, and families.

Responsibilities include exams, orders for diagnostics and treatments, and education for patients and staff. Must be licensed in NYS and have CPR/ACLS credentials; 2–4 years of acute care experience preferred.

Formación

• Must possess current licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider in NYS.
• 2–4 years of acute care experience preferred.
• Must possess demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Must possess current CPR and ACLS Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate delivery of patient care throughout hospitalization.
• Obtain health histories and perform physical examinations.
• Order diagnostic tests and treatment regimens as appropriate.
• Educate patients, families, and nursing staff; participate in crisis intervention when needed.
