Job summary

Symbrant Aviation Services in Boston Logan International Airport seeks an Inventory Specialist to manage maintenance parts, coordinate purchasing, and ensure technicians have materials to keep operations running.

You will maintain accurate inventory records, process POs, liaise with vendors and technicians, and optimize stock levels while supporting safety and efficiency at one of the busy east coast airports.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in inventory management, purchasing, or procurement.
• Experience in aviation, manufacturing, or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory operations for maintenance parts and supplies.
• Receive, inspect, and verify shipments against POs.
• Organize inventory and perform cycle counts.
• Create POs and coordinate procurement with vendors.
• Track open POs and report inventory status to management.
• Coordinate with technicians and supervisors on upcoming parts needs.
