Starting salary of $82K+ for licensed therapists, plus $5K annual program premium, plus $10K first year bonus!
Provide a range of accessible crisis services to divert individuals experiencing behavioral health crises from inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, jail, and emergency rooms. Perform telephone triage, assessment, and stabilization in a safe, supportive recovery environment. Demonstrate knowledge of co-occurring disorders and appropriate interventions. Provide daily group therapy for Crisis Stabilization patients.
Family & Children's Services utilizes the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model, characterized by an innovative, team-based approach and whole person care for individuals with complex mental health and substance use challenges. Our multidisciplinary teams collaborate to provide coordinated services, enhancing client recovery and outcomes, including increased access to care, expanded services, care coordination, social services, and specialized support for veterans and those impacted by the opioid crisis.
