Job summary

TFI Family Services in Pittsburg, KS is seeking a Crisis Support Worker to assist children after hours. A High School diploma or equivalent is required, with preferred prior experience in services for children and families.

The role is full-time with two rotating shifts and weekend on-call every four weeks; a company car, cell phone and computer are provided. We offer flexible scheduling and remote work options, 20 days of personal leave in year one, 25 days after year one and 12 paid holidays,

• Average hourly rate is $14.55 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)
• Two shifts are available: Monday - Thursday 4p to 2a and Monday - Thursday 12a - 10a. Both shifts will require a rotating on-call weekend once every four weeks.

A Day in The Life as a Crisis Support Worker

As a Crisis Support Worker, you will assist with children after hours. These situations may include, transporting a child to their new foster home or helping a child in moderate crisis. This is a full-time position. Support Workers may be asked to be with a child in a hospital or any of our numerous offices in the area. We do provide a company car, cell phone and computer. This position requires a rotation of weekend on call hours once every four weeks.
