Position Details

Crisis Support Professional III availability:

• Thursday 8:00am - Monday 8:00am
• 35 hours guaranteed
• Compensation: $24 per hour

This is a float position and will be required to work throughout the Twin Cities metro area. There will be a 30-minute minimum notice for float shifts.

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with daily needs including personal cares
• Administering medications
• Cooking and housework
• Providing constant supervision
• Transportation to appointments and community events

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable vehicle access
• Acceptable driving record
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)
• Ability to pass DHS and nationwide criminal background checks
• Previous experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
• Willingness to work any shift—morning, afternoon, overnight
• Willingness to work anywhere within Ramsey, Hennepin, Dakota, Scott, Anoka, and Washington Counties
