Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and oversight to individuals in CSU and related units.
• Observe individuals for safety and behavioral changes; report to clinical team.
• Lead or assist in educational groups and teach coping skills.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records per policy.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the unit and transport as needed.
