Responsibilities

• Clinical Assessments: Gather thorough screening data including histories and substances.
• Medication & Medical Oversight: Oversee administration and monitor biomedical status.
• Care Coordination: Participate in treatment team meetings and maintain medical records.
• Environment & Safety: Monitor milieu for safety risks and promote a therapeutic culture.
• Transitions of Care: Facilitate admission, discharge and transfer processes.
