Job summary

Community Concepts, Inc. in Lewiston, ME is hiring Per Diem Residential Support Specialists for our new adult residential unit. This role provides direct client care in a Crisis Stabilization Unit and supports daily living activities.

Starting rate is $20.60/hr. You can make your own schedule, with a minimum of 2 shifts per month; we offer training to obtain MHRT-1 Certification, including CRMA and CPR/First Aid, and shift differentials for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. required
• Obtain and maintain MHRT-1 Certification

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing support and care for clients, maintaining quality case recording, and encourages client’s compliance with various treatment and care plans
• Encourages client’s daily living activities
• Responsible for on-site health, safety, diet, and security, including cleanliness and tidiness to support a tranquil atmosphere for clients
• Performs and coordinates various assessments, referrals, and discharge plans
• Make your own schedule, with commitment to covering a minimum of 2 shifts per month
• Earned Time Off through Maine Sick Leave
• Shift differentials available for night and weekend coverage
• Provided training to obtain MHRT-1 Certification, including CRMA and CPR/First Aide
