Job summary

HeartLine is seeking a Clinical Services Training Coordinator to develop and manage training programs for Crisis Services staff providing chat and text crisis intervention. The role requires in‑person presence in Oklahoma City with a hybrid work model after onboarding.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in crisis intervention or training, with strong communication skills and experience building training materials across formats.

Qualifications

• Two years of crisis intervention, training, or related field experience.
• Experience with 988 services or crisis chat/text platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update training materials for Crisis Services staff.
• Deliver onboarding training for new hires to prepare for chat and text crisis intervention.
• Conduct ongoing training sessions on emerging trends and best practices.
• Coordinate and lead role‑playing, simulations, and skills assessments.
