Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking Crisis Service Professionals to provide on-call crisis response, risk assessments, and mobile support in Adams and Juneau Counties. You will respond to crisis calls, conduct risk assessments, and offer brief counseling across homes, hospitals, and community settings.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, strong crisis-management skills, and the ability to travel within counties with a one-hour response time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
• Preferably 1 year of experience with mental health clients.
• Knowledge of community resources and relevant laws (Chapters 34, 51, 55).
• Strong assessment, decision-making, and crisis management skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls with mobile crisis intervention.
