Dupage Health is seeking a part-time Crisis Services Counselor for the new Crisis Recovery Center in Wheaton, IL. The role supports 24/7 crisis services by providing in-person, phone, or video crisis intervention and on-site assessments for residents in crisis.

You will conduct crisis evaluations, assist with a 12-bed Crisis Residential unit, arrange referrals, and collaborate with staff and community providers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience working with chronically mentally ill populations.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Ability to attend paid orientation Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm.

• Complete client care tasks for the 12-bed Crisis Residential unit.

Located in our new Crisis Recovery Center on the DuPage County Campus in Wheaton, Crisis Services provides 24/7 crisis mental health services to county residents experiencing psychiatric crises or needing support for mental illness symptoms. We are looking for a new team member to join us working 20 hours per week, Friday and Saturday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.

*Salary may increase based on experience.
