Aspire Indiana Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for the Crisis Team (Rely) to supervise staff, coordinate crisis services, and support high-quality documentation and collaboration with partners. The role operates within a 24/7 framework to serve individuals and families in Central Indiana.

The supervisor will oversee crisis assessments, interventions, and case management, aligning with Aspire’s mission and values in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling or a directly-related human service field required.
• Two years crisis-related work experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of community resources, referral processes and risk assessments preferred.
• Excellent crisis intervention/de-escalation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide supervision to assigned crisis staff and ensure quality of services.
• Coordinate crisis assessments, immediate interventions and case management.
• Foster collaborative working relationships with internal and community partners.
• Oversee 24/7 crisis services operations.
