Job summary

St. Luke’s is seeking a Crisis RN to respond to and lead interventions for inpatient emergencies, including Code Blue, Code Stroke, STEMI, and Sepsis, while mentoring staff to develop critical thinking.

This role also involves rounding on units for closer monitoring, cross-team collaboration, and ongoing teaching to prevent emergencies. Night-shift, full-time with float to Boise/Meridian/Nampa.

Qualifications

• RN with Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing Degree.
• 2+ years of RN Critical Care or ED experience required.
• Current RN License in the State of Practice and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage all adult inpatient hospital emergencies.
• Round in units for closer monitoring and post-transfer care.
• Mentor and collaborate with team members to prevent emergencies.
• Respond to and lead interventions on crises (Adult RRT, Code Blue, Code Stroke, STEMI, Sepsis).
