Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• LCSW/LMFT/LMHC licensure in Indiana required.
• 3–5 years of behavioral health crisis experience preferred.
• Experience serving underserved populations and crisis settings.
• CPR and CPI certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work with IMPD to meet program goals and provide on-site assessments.
• Follow up with individuals to link to needed services.
• Offer brief crisis interventions to promote resilience and wellbeing.
• Provide consultation at 911 dispatch and coordinate with partners.
• Maintain documentation across systems for continuity of care.
