Heartland Family Service is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for The Crisis Center in Nebraska. You will guide crisis workers and therapists, provide crisis intervention and assessments, and lead a collaborative team to deliver timely care.

The role requires licensure, a Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling, and at least five years of therapy experience. You’ll support after-hours coverage and partner with law enforcement and hospitals to serve the community.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling.
• Independent licensure where applicable by state regulations.
• Licensed in Nebraska.
• Five years' experience as a therapist.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Aufgaben

• Provide crisis intervention and assessment as Crisis Stabilization and Resource Center's Clinical Supervisor.
• Determine client needs and referrals to appropriate levels of care.
• Develop intervention plans with client participation and follow-up.
• Supervise Emergency Community Support workers, a full-time therapist, and an on-call therapist pool.
• Provide day-to-day clinical management for assigned programs and after-hours coverage as needed.
• Maintain relationships with law enforcement, hospital ERs, and other community resources.
• Complete required case documentation and funder reporting in a timely manner.
