Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a related field.
• Two years’ experience in de-escalating crisis situations, mental health and substance use disorders and resources, and the criminal justice system.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis support to individuals and refer to resources.
• Assist law enforcement in crisis response to stabilize situations and connect individuals to appropriate care.
• Provide referrals for ongoing care to divert individuals from excessive law enforcement contact.
