Job summary

RiseWell Community Services is seeking a compassionate & dedicated Program Supervisor (LMSW) to join our Crisis Residence team in Patchogue, NY. You will perform intakes and discharges and provide direct clinical support to residents, helping to stabilize individuals in crisis.

In this role you will assist the Associate Director in managing a 24-hour intensive crisis residence. A Master's in Social Work and NYS LMSW license with at least 1 year of mental health experience are required, along

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work and NYS LMSW license.
• Minimum 1 year experience with mental health population.
• Clean valid NY State Driver's License.
• Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.

Responsibilities

• Complete intakes and discharges and provide direct clinical support to residents.
• Assist Associate Director in management of a 24 hour intensive crisis residence.
