Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and assessments for individuals in crisis.
• Counsel and support individuals to promote stability and reintegration.
• Coordinate case management and referrals to connect clients with needed services.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, treatment providers, and community organizations.
• Assist residents with resources to reduce barriers and promote self-sufficiency.
• Support Safe Harbor's mission to reduce involvement in the criminal justice system.
