• Attending treatment team meetings to promote self-directed advocacy and goal planning with individuals.
• Assisting individuals in obtaining information about benefits (SSI, SSDI, Medicaid, etc.).
• Engaging individuals in outpatient programs and services to encourage recovery.
• Providing education to staff to increase understanding of self-advocacy and peer support.
