Qualifications

• Personal recovery experience and willingness to share it to help guests.
• OMH Certified Peer Specialist or willing to complete certification within six months.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer support and recovery-oriented services to guests in crisis residence.
• Assist with safety planning, care coordination, and linkages to community resources.
• Support health and wellness activities and family engagement.
• Document activities and maintain required records per program standards.
